1 – Is it expensive to rent a car with a driver?

Due to Istanbul’s heavy traffic, taxi drivers often have to choose alternate routes, causing fares to fluctuate. With a chauffeured car rental, however, a single fixed fee applies. Regardless of the routes taken or any extended travel time, the price remains the same, making a chauffeur-driven car rental more budget-friendly.

All vehicles are cleaned and disinfected daily, following COVID-19 protocols. Each morning, before welcoming guests, cars undergo thorough cleaning and disinfection in designated areas.

Yes. All our drivers are fluent in English, and for Arabic-speaking guests, we can assign Arabic-speaking staff.

Weekdays often offer lower rates. However, it’s best to contact our customer service for any potential discounts. Locals typically don’t hesitate to negotiate, and they enjoy the process.

Time is crucial when renting a car with a driver. Last-minute bookings can sometimes be problematic, although we do have vehicles stationed at over 100 locations in Istanbul. For the best experience, reserve at least one day in advance.

This is not a problem. We charge a 10% hourly rate for any extensions. For instance, if a 10-hour tour costs $150, you’ll pay an extra $45 for an additional 3 hours. You’re welcome to extend as long as you wish.

This situation happens occasionally. If the driver finds a forgotten item, we contact the guest to return it personally. If the guest realizes they left something behind and informs the driver, the driver will come back to deliver it.

Since people enter the car with shoes or might spill drinks, it’s normal for dirt or spills to happen. Simply inform the driver, and they will drop you off at your next destination before going to a cleaning point. There is no extra fee for this service.
